Haters Keep Hating

It's a fact that we have all come to accept: people can do and say really cruel things. Bullying has gotten to the point where it happens just about anywhere: on the web, at school, at home, even at the most spiritual places. Haters are everywhere  and whether we acknowledge this or not, there will continue to be haters throughout the rest of our lives. Luckily, I have something for all you who feel as if good fortune or happiness is simply never on their side. The thing is, don't EVER let those rumors and wrongdoings get to you. One of my closest friends once told me:

" Let my haters to keep hating. They are only making me look better!"

Here is  something else to consider:

Life is Too Short

Slow Down: Don't Let Stress Get The Best of You

Family Forever

Admit it.We all think we the weirdest family than anyone else, maybe even in the world. After all, we eat, sleep, breathe with our parents and siblings (pretty much!) 24/7. We know their strange habits and quirks, what things they don't and do like, even how your parents sometimes talk like babies to each other (trust me, I feel your pain when you have to go out in public with them!) But in the end, you know they will always have your back and will love endlessly. Family is what keeps us going, our stronghold and our support in any situation. So, consider this quote next time you're so embarrassed you want to disappear into a hole in the ground:

It's Your Choice!

In the end, it's your choice on how you want to embrace life and take full advantage of it.

It's All About YOU!

Living your life to the fullest does not necessarily mean getting drunk every weekend, endless partying and doing other things that most teens tend to do. No, what it really means is taking control of your life, making good decisions and grasping opportunities. Don't ever be afraid of being who you are, showing your talents and speaking your mind. In the end, what matters is what you think of you, not how other perceive you. So always:

What is the Difference Between School and Life?

Believe it or not, this is 100%

true. Whether you believe it or

not, school really is a place where

you learn future, and life is where

you learn your present. School

teaches you how to score high in

life, and life tells you how to score

high in humanity. Think about

this next time you complain or do

not take advantages of the

opportunities school can bring.

How to Deal With Regrets

“The saddest summary of life contains three descriptions: could have, might have, and should have.” ~ Unknown

We all have something stored in our memory banks of the past that we wish we could have done differently, or something we wish we didn't do.

As we get older we learn and grow. But that doesn't mean we have to regret what we did before we learned how to do things differently. If we didn't go through those experiences we might not have grown into the strong and knowledgeable people we are today.

Here is a list of 20 things you can do to practice living life with no regrets:

1. Realize that it’s okay to make mistakes. Just make sure to learn from your past mistakes, forgive yourself and move on.

2. Make your health and wellness a top priority and always take care of yourself so you’re ready to take care of others.

3. Follow your own path—not one that others want you to follow.

4. Find the humor in life and laugh like there is no tomorrow.

5. Relax and move with the flow of life by being unafraid of change.

6. Be adventurous by trying new things and taking more risks.

7. Have more intellectual curiosity and embrace creativity.

8. Try to find happiness with as many different people as you can.

9. Think for yourself instead of letting other people’s opinions influence you too much.

10. Try not to judge people before you get to know them.

11. Be thankful for what you have now instead of thinking about what you don’t have.

12. Wish well upon everyone equally and try to admire without envy.

13. Share your happiness with others instead of hoarding it all for yourself.

14. Don’t try to change someone—love who they are now.

15. Enjoy the journey, not just the destination.

16. Know that happiness is bigger than any bank account.

17. Control negative thoughts so that they don’t contribute to the outcome of your life.

18. Use your energy wisely because spending energy complaining, worrying or being impatient is just wasted energy.

19. Be bold. Find the courage to change things that should be changed and accept that there are some things that cannot be changed.

20. Turn your discontent into a mystery and enjoy trying to solve it.

And, remember, always keep on moving forward! Try putting these things into practice and see where life takes you, this time, without any regrets. :)

Judging Others

Our Crazy Obsessions!

Obsessing is what practically every teenager does. Whether its fussing over the latest gossip in tabloids, stressing over grades or complaining on your appearance, we all have something that we obsess and craze about...or rather makes us obsess about it! Instead of focusing our energy on the important things in life, we tend to zero in on all the negative aspects. So think about this interesting quote:

Do What Is Right, Not What Is Easy!

It's true. The easy way of doing some things does not mean that it is necessarily the right path to travel on. Cheating, lying, or hurting others all in the sake of getting what we want is a destructive way to live. Yes, we all make mistakes in life and have all had regrets on one thing or another that has what happened in the past.We just have to make sure that it doesn't damage our true potential or bring others down. Just a little thought for all you who are struggling with what is right and what is wrong:

Sometimes opportunities are like the windows hardest to close;but when they are open, they can give you light like you have never seen before

Forgiving Your Friends...

We have all experienced it. The feelings of hopelessness and anger when a trusted friend suddenly turns their back on you. We have all felt the hurt and pain of trying to understand what went wrong, how your best friend could do something so horrendous and inexplicable as that. A word of advice for all those  with hatred and vengeance in their hearts: a relationship in which neither friend is able to forgive the other will not benefit either one of you. Yes, forgiveness is certainly tough; how could you just simply walk away, brush off all signs of sadness and literally forget something that left such a deep impact in your life? It is inevitable that there will be bumps and misunderstandings in any relationship, talk-less with your best friend. The truth is that we cannot see inside each other's minds to be able to know that things were never intended to harm you. Everyone has buttons that their friend may unknowingly push. However, when a sincere apology comes your way, you need to be able to forgive your friend. This involves trusting that your friend truly didn't mean any harm and wants to heals the rift between the two of you.

However, sometimes we are never be able to forgive somethings. If  making it up between you and your bestie is definitely not in the foreseeable future, consider this instead:

Morning Frenzy

Imagine the warm sun on your face first thing in the morning, streaming through your window in a glorious way. Imagine hearing the gleeful chirps of the birds in the nearby bushes, listening to the trees sigh in the morning breeze and smelling the fragrance of  sizzling bacon  and eggs in the kitchen downstairs.

Who wouldn't want to wake to these things everyday?

Yeah, well, life isn't always like that...

Instead, of being greeted by the warmth of the sunrise  this morning, I was greeted by a blast of cool air that my mother accidentally turned on when screaming and pacing during a heated conversation on the phone. Instead of hearing the trills of the chickadees outside my window, I awoke to the roar of a land mower belonging to a neighbor who probably gets no sleep whatsoever. And instead of smelling bacon, I was greeted with the odor of my three-year old brother's morning breath in my face as he jumped on my bed.

My morning's are definitely one that are rough and too quick -paced.

If your morning's are anything like mine, I have a brief suggestion for you:

Life's Tough. Get a Helmet.
